Within 2 months at the powerhouse boutique company, AC Lawrence’s Delvis Estrada sold 4 properties, which is record-breaking especially in comparison to other agents in the industry that sold 1.5 properties in an entire year of 2009. Estrada is one of the company’s most gracious, whole-hearted, and dedicated agents. He believes in a personal approach to his clients and being someone they can utterly trust.

“Every client needs an agent to provide them with the proper knowledge in making the right decisions – I believe listening is the key to gaining the respect and trust of my customers,” says Estrada. He provides his client with well-vetted information so they can make the right decision without regret. “In life, the more people you help the more successful you will become.” Delvis says, “I am not just their broker, I am their personal shopper”

Delvis started working with AC Lawrence in December 2009 after meeting with Antonio del Rosario, President of Sales. “Antonio and I have similar attitude toward work and life,” and he says that’s what attracted him to AC Lawrence.

“It is a pleasure to work with Delvis Estrada because he’s all about business and no ego. He is an entrepreneur at heart, having owned many businesses. He is highly competent at same time very coachable and open for new things. That’s the secret to his success,” comments del Rosario.

Delvis wanted to be apart of a company that is still growing fast and has an innovative culture while being agent-centered. “I am the company – I am the boss and Antonio doesn’t let me forget that. That empowers me to serve my clients better,” comments Estrada. He adds that the owners who are also the management are exceptional because they look at their agents as people and not just a resource. The company is “family-oriented” which fits his way of doing business and the success of the team inspires him to be better.

Delvis has extensive experience as a real estate investor and home owner so real estate came natural to him. Prior to joining the dynamite team at AC Lawrence, he worked in the technology field as a Data Center Manager for Deutsche Bank. After 30 years in technology, Delvis decided on a career path change to real estate to assist others in finding a place that they can call home.

Monday, March 15, was the most recent property that Delvis closed. It was a 2 bedrooms apartment in Riverwalk, only 5 minutes from the city. A beautiful apartment with a great view, the buyers cannot be happier. Estrada commented “It was definitely a great buy for their money.” This deal was close at $750,000 only 7% below the asking price. There were no tricks or hair pulling; Delvis added “just put on a smile and be patient.” A close deal at the beginning of the week makes the whole week lighter for any agent.


A smart choice to work in real estate, Delvis exclaims “it is not something that would take away the quality time he can have with his family.” With the housing market slowly rising again, Delvis is taking advantage of the current growth. He lived in the New York area all his life and married to his college sweetheart for the past 20 years with his two children still in school. Delvis says he is now at a point in his life to become a top-producing real estate agent. Concludes Estrada, “It makes sense to do what I have loved for so long; this opportunity I made is what I have been waiting for all my life.”
