As a New York City native, Franck earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. He studied art, illustration, art history, and product design, with a major in Interior Design. He has since worked as a practicing interior designer for over 20 years, working with some of the most acclaimed design firms in the field, with a first-class roster of clients from around the world. Working with high-profile clients requires a high degree of professionalism, and that is exactly what Franck has always provided and continues to offer today to his real estate clients. In 2004, Franck established his own design firm, based on the driving principle that “everyone, regardless of means, deserves a beautiful home.” As such, he makes sure to help the client establish an affordable budget, and has managed to work wonders on modest projects from the smallest New York City studio apartments to luxury midtown penthouses. Soon after, Franck branched out into television bringing his unique vision of interior design to viewers of ABC TV’s “The View” as the on-air design expert, providing advice and home makeovers to lucky viewers from around the country. It was a natural progression from Interior Design to the world of Real Estate for him: the two tend to go hand in hand. Helping clients navigate through the home selection process, and further assisting them to envision the property’s design potential are what drives him to do what he loves every day. Franck has been a resident of western Queens since 1996, in various neighborhoods such as Elmhurst and Woodside, before finally settling in Long Island City. With his thorough knowledge of the neighborhood and city overall, and years of experience working with a range of clients, Franck brings a superior level of knowledge, service and excellence to AC Lawrence & Company.
