Fanny Montalvo was born and raised in what many refer to as ‘The Greatest City in The World’ - New York City! Shortly after completing her education at Baruch College, CUNY with a concentration in Political Science, a career encompassing 20 years of an exceptional reputation divided equally between serving as a Senior Executive Search Recruiter and subsequently as President/CEO of her own Executive Search firm began.

Senior Executives of a partial list of major corporations such as Citibank, Bank of America Securities, Cisco Systems, SIAC (Securities Industry Automation Corp), IPC Information Systems, Reuters, and The Chicago Mercantile Exchange have entrusted her with filling their IT/Technology positions located in New York City, Boston, Chicago and London. In the operation of this successful business, her attention to detail and a dedication and commitment to customer care and satisfaction are core factors which she attributes to having been a sole and Exclusive Agent to both clients and candidates alike, a recipient of consistent referrals, but more importantly, earning the respect and trust of others in the selection of exact matches, competency in contract negotiations, and establishing long term relationships.

As a buyer and seller herself of homes, condominiums, and businesses located in New Jersey and Florida, a natural progression into a career in Real Estate began. Fanny brings an almost decade-long real estate career to AC Lawrence as a former Senior Vice President and Sales Manager. She is honored to join and manage a team of professionals whose combined reputations have been built on all of the qualities she holds in the highest regard: an enjoyment of, and a commitment to one’s career, integrity, professionalism, hospitality, and ultimately customer satisfaction.

Fanny is a 2008-2013 Executive Board Member of The Manhattan Association of Realtors® (MANAR), a member of both the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the New York State Association of Realtors® (NYSAR) and it’s PAG Realtors® (Presidential Advisory Group) Cultural & Age Diversity Board, and a member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). She is fully bilingual in Spanish, and is conversationally fluent in Italian.
