I found A.C. Lawrence while I was doing the apartment research online, and Deborah was the fastest broker who kindly contact me. I set up an appointment with her right a way. While I meet her, she professionally asked me about my need (budget, area, requirement) and also she consider about my situation as I am a young women living alone. After I talked with her, I found out she is not just a broker but more like a friend who hope to help me to find the apartment that suit me. She and Meza, who is her assistance are always consider about my situation, and put my safety as the first place to find me a new home. They work very fast as I only have 2 week to find a new place and I get to see couple apartment just right after the first time meet with Deborah. I went to see the apartments with Meza who is the assistants of Deborah, Meza also did an amazing job on showing the apartment to me. He studied about what I preference are as we go for the apartment tour. Everything I have mentioned (layout and concerns) he always try his best on finding the best place that fit to my needs. I am very appreciated to all their hard work and especially to Meza who take me to the apartment tour even during the weekend. After all,they find me a great place in Upper West, a wonderful apartment in a nice neighborhood, great landlord, and near subway station. Deborah also did a terrific job after I decided which apartment I like and she tried so hard on helping me negotiated with the landlord to try to lower down the rent. As I always afraid on working with brokers, because I feel most of the broker they just trying to sale the apartment to you, however, Deborah and Meza are different because they actually consider about what is good/bad for you. I was glad that I had a change to work with both of them and will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I worked with Deborah Abraham and Meza in finding my new home and they were great!! I told them my wishlist and they found me a place where I didn't have to compromise (and in Manhattan that means something!!). They were nice, attentive, and followed through with me on everything!
