Larry Friedman, Principal and Co-founder of A.C. Lawrence, is responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and the overall vision and direction for the company. On a day to day basis, he helps to set A.C. Lawrence apart from the competition through innovative customer service and a high standard of business accountability. Larry is also in charge of the company’s Corporate Relocation division.
Larry began his career as an agent, and quickly rose to become a top producer. More recently, he took on the assignment of being the Director of Corporate Relocation for a leading downtown firm, where he was instrumental in their rapid success. Prior to entering the real estate profession, Larry spent five years working in the equity research department at various investment banks including UBS Warburg and Bear Stearns. Additionally, he spent three years as an accountant at Ernst & Young in their financial services group.
Larry is a native New Yorker. Originally from Flushing, New York, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University at Albany. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Series 7 and 63 registered and passed level I and II of the CFA exam. Larry is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
