Anthony DeGrotta is a Principal and Co-Founder of A.C. Lawrence and Company. Anthony is responsible for strategic planning, marketing, as well as the overall vision and direction of the company. As managing partner, he leads daily training sessions where he instills unwavering work ethic, superior product knowledge, and elevated levels of professionalism to each agent.

With over a decade of experience, Anthony has proven to be a leader in Manhattan’s ever changing real estate market. He has grown in the ranks from a top producing real estate agent to top management for three of Manhattans most successful retail offices. At the young age of 24, Anthony was given the opportunity to manage his first office in the heart of the financial district and his talent was discovered. As a key player in the revitalization of downtown his office achieved levels of success surpassing offices more than twice its size. Shortly after, Anthony was awarded the honor of opening Manhattans largest residential retail office, mentoring over sixty agents. Once again, he achieved paramount results and was relocated to the Chelsea location where he transformed a relatively floundering office into a hybrid sales and rental mammoth.

After achieving unparalleled excellence in the role of management he took on the assignment of being the Director of Operations for a leading downtown firm. As Director of Operations, Anthony was responsible for overseeing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of each of their divisions and was instrumental in their increase in revenues.
